Program
Day 1
Arrival at Dakar airport; transfer to Hotel Faidherbe in Dakar or similar.
Day 2
After breakfast, visit the island of Gorée, then head for Lake Rose for a 4x4 ride over the sand dunes to the beach, visit the salt industry and continue into the Lompoul desert, overnight in a Mauritanian tent: Desert Camp or similar, dinner included.
Day 3
After breakfast, departure for the island of Saint-Louis. Then on to the KOBA Campement Lodge, lunch en route at the customer's expense. Settle into the huts, then a short rest before visiting the Fulani ethnic group at around 6 pm. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4
After breakfast, head for Touba to visit the Touba mosque then continue to the Keur-Saloum hotel in Toubacouta. In the afternoon, canoe trip in the Saloum River + visit to the bird resting place. Night in half board.
Day 5
After breakfast, off to Ndangane for an excursion to the island of Mar-Loj by pirogue, home to the Serere ethnic group. Lunch en route at the customer's expense, then on to Palmarin. Overnight on a half-board basis at the Palmarin ecolodge.
Day 6
After breakfast, off to Joal-Fadiouth for a visit to the largest Baobab tree, followed by a tour of the shellfish island and the marine cemetery where Muslims and Christians are buried. Lunch in Joal Fadiouth at the customer's expense, then on to Saly at the Hotel Les Bougainvillées or similar, for an overnight stay on a half-board basis. End of services . For the program, all that remains is the transfer to the airport on day 8.
Day 7
Day at leisure at the hotel. The customer has the option of paying for the Bandia excursion to visit the animals or paying for the Mbour excursion to visit the arrival of the fishermen and the port and market.
Day 8
Depending on flight times, transfer to the airport.
